Witch on the Water - 2nd book in a series of 5 by Christine and Ethan Rose. These stories are based around Celtic mythology. They are an easy read, not long, and good for teens through adults. This book was hard to put down but you definitely need to read the first book, Rowan of the Wood to understand all that is happening.

Hunger Games: WOW! I know now why these books are never on the shelf for long. Can't wait to read the other two!!

Star Wars Republic Command: Hard Contact by Karen Traviss. It's a good war book that's all about the soldiers with only one of the main characters actually being a jedi, and an incompetent one at that. A good book full of action and things exploding from start to finish.
